Last Wednesday, the Permanent Commission elected the composition of the subcommittee that will evaluate, in the first instance, César Enrique Aguilar Surichaqui, for the position of comptroller.
Today, Aguilar, the candidate sent by the Executive to replace Nelson Shack, will be interviewed.
The main question that Aguilar has is that, in 2009, he was appointed as a substitute judge in Callao by the fugitive César Hinostroza.
According to a letter sent to a television station, he points out that he never held the position.
9:00 AM
The chairman of the subcommittee, Alejandro Cavero, arrived to open the session.
9:15 AM
The installation of the subcommittee begins.
Alex Paredes, from the Magisterial Bloc, is elected as vice president of the subcommittee.
9:23 AM
Congresswoman Edith Julón, from APP, is appointed as secretary of the subcommittee.
Candidate Aguilar will be interviewed shortly.
