His presence before Parliament would be due to the presentation of a question of confidence, as he announced days ago.

“We make a matter of confidence in the approval of the bill that establishes the political participation of the people presented a few minutes ago and whose position I am exhibiting for the entire Congress. Aníbal Torres insists on raising a question of trust
Prime Minister Aníbal Torres informed the president of Congress, José Williams, that he would go to Parliament to present a question of confidence so that Law 31355, which limits the figure of the question of confidence which was validated by the Constitutional Court.
In this sense, Williams Zapata stated that the request of the PCM holder could not be met since it alludes to the filing of a question of trust regarding procedures that corresponds to “exclusive and exclusive powers of Parliament.” For this reason, he told her that “your request from him is not acceptable in the terms proposed.”
However, through an official letter, Torres Vásquez reiterated the request to present a question of confidence “in the first session of the Plenary Session of the Parliament that is convened”. Pedro Castillo requests permission to travel to Mexico and Chile
Another relevant issue that will be discussed in plenary will be the permission requested by President Pedro Castillo to attend high-level meetings in Mexico, from November 24 to 26, to participate in the Seventeenth Summit of the Pacific Alliance. Likewise, it requires moving to Santiago de Chile between the 28th and 29th of this month to hold work meetings.
