In dialogue with Canal N, he explained that said official must explain the alleged existence of a “clandestine party” of the Ministry of the Interior (Mininter), destined for the secretary general of Peru Libre, Vladimir Cerrón.
“The DINI has been asked for formal information on this issue, on the rest of the collaborators – because they also mention another person from Peru Libre – and the relations that there are supposedly with the office in the Palace, which has existed for a long time. time, and some issues related to their own work”he detailed.
He explained that on October 31, he visited the DINI headquarters, in order to verify the reserved expenses of the entity. He indicated that if irregularities are found, the incident will be reported to the Public Ministry.
It should be noted that in a statement, the DINI indicated that the information of a presumed effective collaborator according to which this institution would pay large sums of money to Cerrón Rojas, or to his right arm, Richard Rojas, is false.
“The information provided by an allegedly effective collaborator regarding the fact that the National Intelligence Directorate (DINI) would have made payments amounting to the sum of S/. 40,000 soles under the condition of “agent” with the code “Montaña” to Mr. Vladimir Cerrón or Mr. Richard Rojas. Also, under no circumstances have they received any payment.he stated.
As declared by the effective collaborator CE-03-2022-EFICOP before the Special Team of Prosecutors against Corruption of Power, Rojas and Cerrón “They were paid for secret codes, because they were hired as field agents and even given apartments to live in”.
“Likewise, I know that Fernández Latorre, as well as with Richard Rojas, makes a monthly payment with money from the DINI budget to Vladimir Cerrón, who has the Mountain code, and I know that said sum amounts to twenty thousand soles for his expenses. judicial and twenty thousand soles for his personal expenses”says the document.
Rojas, according to the collaborator, was also involved in the appointments of some officials. “I know that Richard Rojas was in charge of hiring personnel by order of the Peru Libre political party, being the one who demanded from President Castillo the quota that corresponded to the aforementioned political party in government. I am aware that he asked President Castillo to appoint him as Peru’s ambassador to Panama and Venezuela.”he declared.
