With 16 votes in favor, 4 against and 0 abstentions the constitutional complaint made by The former Nation, Patricia Benavides against the former president Martín Vizcarra Cornejofor allegedly committing the crimes of improper use of the position and illegal appointment, by appointing Daniel Soria Lujan as attorney general of the State without complying with the requirements for the position.
