During the installation of the Senate Justice Commission, Morena confronted the opposition regarding judicial reform. PAN member Ricardo Anaya said that the government and the majority group will take that power by storm and control it, if this is not tempered in secondary legislation, and he assured them that 43 percent of the population did not vote for the cherry-colored party and its allies.

Senator Jorge Carlos Ramírez Marín, from the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico, responded that the reform was essential to give the shake-up of the judiciaryor the greatest risk was leave things as they are and continue to cope with the lack of justice. He added that There is no point in continuing to play arithmetic.since it can also be noted that 57 percent of Mexicans rejected the opposition.

For his part, the president of the Justice Commission, Morena senator Javier Corral, stressed that the judicial reform is approved and facing Disqualifications and catastrophic predictionsit is necessary to make it viable, which will be done through secondary laws, particularly those referring to the election of evaluation committees and the integration of the Judicial Disciplinary Court.

Only the facts and what is reflected in the secondary legislation will determine whether you enter through that door that was already opened in the constitutional reform and take total and absolute control of the Judicial Branch or whether a series of mechanisms are established so that the republic and the division of powers survive.insisted the PAN member Anaya, a claim that was joined by Alejandra Barrales, from the Citizen Movement.

Morena members Manuel Huerta Ladrón de Guevara, Saúl Monreal, Nora Ruvalcaba and Lucía Trasviña responded that the judicial reform responded to a mandate from citizens to move towards a new justice system.

The commission is made up of 17 senators from all political forces, the majority from the Fourth Transformation.

The presidency is for Morena, as well as two of the four secretariats, one of which was given to Miguel Ángel Yunes Márquez, who yesterday had to sit next to the PAN member María de Jesús Díaz Marmolejo, who asked lynch and beat up to opponents who voted in favor of judicial reform.
