After the presentation of an annual synthesis and conjunctural analysis, this December 12 in the presence of the President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle Pou, the head of the Confederation of Business Chambers, Juan Martínez, highlighted the work of the entity and its projection. He highlighted that since its inception it has had a leading role in proposing ideas that have accompanied the growth of the country.
Also in attendance were the Vice President of the Republic, Beatriz Argimón; the Deputy Secretary of the Presidency, Rodrigo Ferrés; the Minister of the Environment, Adrián Peña; from National Defense, Javier García; from Economy and Finance, Azucena Arbeleche; of Labor and Social Security, Pablo Mieres; Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries, Fernando Mattos; of Tourism, Tabare Viera; the president of the Confederation of Business Chambers, Juan Martínez, representatives of the Legislative Branch, diplomats, members of business chambers and special guests.
Martínez valued the document prepared and highlighted its regularity over the last six years.
