CONEP reafirma compromiso con la transparencia y el debido proceso ante caso SeNaSa

Saint Dominic.– Given the most recent events linked to possible acts of corruption in the National Health Insurance (SeNaSa), the National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP) reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, ethics and the rule of law as pillars of national development.

The entity condemned any illegal action that affects public resources and citizen trust, reiterating that historically has sought complete and responsible investigations. In that sense, he demanded that all complaints be investigated with rigor and impartiality, identifying those responsible, recovering funds and applying the corresponding sanctions. He also highlighted that this fight must transcend particular interests and contribute to institutional strengthening.

Finally, the organization affirmed that the country must move forward decisively in reforms and control mechanisms that guarantee transparency and confidence in public management, with a view to achieving a more comprehensive, competitive and prosperous country for all.
