While Carrascal commented: “Restructuring Icetex as proposed by Gustavo Petro, forgiving debt to 121,000 debtors, is not a gift, it is an investment in the mental health of young people who, faced with harassment and abuse, resort to suicide. If you are concerned about mental health, there should be no opposition“.
