The Single Central of Original Peasant Workers of Concepción confirmed the realization of the second version of the productive, craft, gastronomic and cultural fair, whichue will take place this Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April.
This year, the activity will also include the participation of other organizations, such as indigenous and intercultural organizations, and will cover various areas of productive activity, reported Ronald Quiroga, executive of the peasants. “Everyone is invited to participate in our productive fair, to show the department and the country thatn the municipality of Concepción, we are also a productive area”said the leader.
In addition to the commercialization of agricultural, craft and other products, there will be a machinery exhibition and a business conferencewhere the community member will be able to guarantee a market for their production.
The program also includes the sale of typical foods, the presentation of traditional dances, the choice of the ñusta at the cultural night and a blitz soccer championship for men and futsal for women, Quiroga explained.
Estanislao Mamani, a peasant producer, said that Concepción is rich in agricultural matters and production is being diversified. “The only thing that is not produced is what is not planted. We are implementing, for example, other varieties of peanuts, plants with medicinal properties, and others,” he explained.
