The National Forestry Corporation (Conaf) reported that the Araucanía region exceeded 53 thousand hectares consumed by forest fires during this season.
In detail, the entity confirmed that the sinister called Casa de Agua has 780 hectares affected by the flames in the Melipeuco sector. 180 correspond to the Dead China National Reserve.
It was clarified that the Conguillío National Park has not been affected by the fire.
