The comptroller also stressed that since 2022 more than $ 3.6 billion have been recovered through fiscal responsibility processes, which were already turned to the national treasure. Likewise, findings with alleged fiscal incidence have been consolidated for more than $ 14 billion, In addition to transfers to competent authorities for possible criminal and disciplinary responsibilities.

During his speech at the 2025 Congress of Confemás, the Comptroller insisted that the entity’s reports must be analyzed completely and not for political purposes. “The Comptroller’s reports are purely technical and you cannot fall into the game of using them for particular conveniences. I can say with total firmness that at no time are they part of the polarization that occurs in the country, ”he said.
