During a monitoring visit carried out by the Comptroller General of the Republic, they found that the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica does not store Qali Warma program foods well.
Faced with this situation, the control entity issued a document to the provincial commune so that they can adopt the necessary measures and overcome the limitations warned in the storage and distribution of food delivered by the National School Feeding Program “Qali Warma” of Huancavelica.
Failure to comply with the corresponding measures will affect the food service intended for people in vulnerable situations within the framework of the Health Emergency due to COVID-19.
This visit made clear three dangerous situations: The first is that they lack a complete list of people in vulnerable situations for the delivery of food, since they only have a partial list of 300 people of the 577 beneficiaries.
In the same way, they warn that the commune does not have a control card (bincard / kardex) or another warehouse registration document that stores information on the entry and exit of food, which risks a possible loss, theft or appropriation of third parties. who are not beneficiaries of the program.

They also verified that the distribution is carried out in the warehouse facilities and not in the affected areas.
The oversight of social control was not only carried out by the Comptroller’s Office, but the Citizen Control Monitors (MCC) also participated with them, who made possible the issuance of the Official Orientation Report No. 3500-2022-CG/GRHV-SOO that was sent to the mayor, or whoever performs his functions, so that he can give the respective solution.
