The Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires filed a criminal complaint after becoming aware of a request to print an illegal vaccination card, it was officially reported.
The fact was brought to the attention of the authorities of the Buenos Aires health portfolio by employees of a graphic company in the city of La Plata and, with this information, the Provincial Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Technical, Administrative and Legal Undersecretariat made the complaint last Friday.
The denounced facts would be framed in the crimes of falsification of public document and violation of the sanitary measures established to contain the spread of the pandemic, and would have the objective of eluding the controls arranged and illegally accrediting the sanitary pass.
The free pass with the coronavirus vaccine has been in force throughout the provincial territory since December 21.e, and aims to accredit the vaccination scheme to enter sports, tourist and recreational activities in closed spaces or participate in events in closed or open spaces of more than a thousand people.
