It should be remembered that in July 2022, the United States Department of State declared former President Horacio Cartes as significantly corrupt, due to his participation in significant acts of corruption and his ties to international terrorist organizations.
Cartes would also have used this company in the name of his sister to hide a luxurious apartment in Florida, since, curiously, the apartment’s electrical connection is listed in the name of Horacio Cartes, according to a report from the energy service published by the Florida Department of Financial Services. In other words, the electrical connection in the apartment located at 9705 Collins Ave Unit 803N Bal Harbour, Florida 33154, appears in the name of Horacio Cartes, but the company managed by Sarah Cartes would have been used to hide it. The luxurious apartment in Florida did not appear in the former president’s affidavit, and what is most striking is that it was put up for sale 25 days ago for USD 8,950,000, but we do not know if the property is still in the name of the company linked to the Colorado Honor Leader.
The dissolution of the Cartes group company may or may not be related to the recent US designation of Horacio Cartes as significantly corrupt, but the truth is that at least it is public knowledge that the company 9705 Collins 803 LLC was dissolved and it’s already inactive.
In addition to this dissolved company, Horacio Cartes is linked to two companies in the US that would also become inactive. Both are located in Pennsylvania, in one of them; Beverages USA INC Cartes is listed as president and on the other; Tobacco USA INC, as Vice President.
