- Second, CISOs need to ensure their cybersecurity strategy for WFA is focused on building cyber resiliency.. Also that it is easily understood and adopted by all employees. It is possible to have remote work solutions that are secure and easy for all employees to use. Also, organizations that are more agile by having a cybersecurity strategy for WFA. Combined with a zero trust strategy, they will increase your organizational resilience to cyber risks.
