With the presence of the Mayor, Dr. Omar Lafluf Hebeich; the Secretary General (I), Dr. Esc. Pablo Flores and representatives of the Civil Association Tulipán Fútbol Club, proceeded to sign this agreement between both parties.
The sports institution, owner of the real estate property located in the census No. 5356 of the city of Fray Bentos, delivers the premises located in that place on loan to the Municipality of Río Negro, which will be used to fulfill different functions: CECAP; CEMEFA (Center for Minors and the Family – INAU), “Ruedas de Colores” Children’s Club; picnic area; Attention to the Community; Solidarity Wardrobe and training workshops; space for programs of the Administration; classroom provide computer classes; meeting room for the use of other civil associations; Decentralized attention of Social Policies; assistance to people with addiction problems; food in winter; temporary shelter in emergency situations; seed delivery; various activities on commemorative dates; always interacting with the institutions of the neighborhood.
For this reason, the Municipality of Río Negro undertakes to take charge of the expenses related to the aforementioned premises and to carry out the necessary improvements (prior authorization from Tulipán FC); Once the link is finished, these works will benefit the club.
1st stage: the commune will proceed to level the field and adjust the regulatory dimensions, among other actions.
2nd stage: laying of sewage pipe in the lower area of the property.
3rd stage: construction of the perimeter wall in exposed brick.
4th stage: construction of the Olympic perimeter fence around the field; Differentiated access to the Baby Fútbol facilities.
5th Stage: incorporation of service batteries (bathrooms for the public / accessible bathroom).
