Officials of the Municipal Police of Juan José Mora, Carabobo state, captured two subjects who kidnapped a family
An angry community tried to lynch the alleged sexual abuser of a 15-year-old girl, an event that occurred in the town of Sinamaica, Zulia state.
The authorities reported that the man responds to the name of Fernando José Quintero Ríos, 28 years old, who was detained by the entity’s Police Force, which prevented a fatal outcome against him because a group of people gathered to take justice into their own hands and with stones and sticks they attacked the alleged aggressor.
The event occurred in the San Benito sector, in the Guajira municipality. It was the minor’s mother who filed the complaint with the authorities.
The accused was taken into custody at the Police Coordination Center of the Guajira Indigenous Municipality and his case was handed over to the 33rd Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry.
The alleged victim received care at the Sinamaica Hospital.
In another case, officials assigned to the Municipal Police of Juan José Mora, Carabobo state, reported in the early hours of this Tuesday, December 10, the capture of two people (one of them a minor) who had allegedly kidnapped the members of a family on the La Parada de La Negra farm, located in the Sanguijuelas sector of the town of Urama in Juan José Mora.
The police officials were notified through a telephone call that alerted them to the case at approximately 1:00 in the morning, so a commission went to the site and upon arriving, they saw two subjects leaving the farm. One of them was carrying a shotgun-type firearm, as well as a bag. Consequently, they were detained.
