From the “Fabricio Ojeda” Endogenous Development Center in Caracas, the Vice Minister of Citizen Prevention and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia, presided over the swearing-in of the Community Prevention Committees and Preventive Mothers, with the aim of empowering the people in security and peace policies.
The information was disseminated on the official account of the Instagram social network, @ovsoficial, where it was learned that, during the activity, Palencia highlighted that “seven thousand preventers have been reached compared to the year 2023, which almost reached thousand”. Likewise, he highlighted that the national government works to strengthen education, culture, sports and religious activities, in order to guarantee spaces for healthy community coexistence.
“We fight those fascist elements that try to attack our Homeland; That is the fundamental task that the president of the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, demands of us,” he asserted.
Likewise, he stressed that the fight is daily. “In these times in which they try to impose specific messages on us through algorithms, we recover the love and spirit of consolidating peace in the country and recognizing the effort that people make in each of our states to defend the homeland.”
During the activity, Taekwondo and Boxing exhibitions were held as part of the strengthening of preventive citizen culture for life and peace, through the Great Peace Quadrants Mission. It is worth mentioning that the Community Prevention Committees and Preventive Mothers are territorial structures focused on promoting, in the communities to which they belong, policies to mitigate risk factors.
