The Communist Party of China, through spokesman Hi Junchao, assured this Tuesday, December 13, that the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, has “full confidence” in that Asian political organization and affirmed that they recognize him as the president of the United Socialist Party from Venezuela (SUV).
Through a videoconference, in which the first vice president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, participated, the spokesman for the Communist Party of China said that Maduro is doing a good job leading the country and that, at the same time, he is taking risks and challenges in favor of achieve positive changes for Venezuelans.
Hi Junchao said that both organizations have many things in common, just as they consider the Venezuelan president a great leader.
In the same way, he expressed his support for the dialogue process between the delegations of the ruling party and the Venezuelan opposition that are held in Mexico and advocate that peace, union and solidarity can be achieved as ways that allow Venezuela to get out of the crisis. Also, the Chinese Communist Party recalled that there is a strategic association with the country and that bilateral relations are increasingly strengthened.

He assures that the PSUV is a “great ally” of the Chinese party and in this sense, he announced that they are willing to establish cooperation agreements to improve relations and strengthen political exchange between both organizations.
For his part, Diosdado Cabello affirmed that the PSUV is focused on preparing for the 2024 presidential elections and said that from the Venezuelan organization they evaluate all the work that was done by the Communist Party of China from the social point of view in order to “get poverty” to more than 600 million people and study the way to apply it in the country.
However, he made it clear that it is Nicolás Maduro’s decision to apply the studies carried out in favor of Venezuelans and said that China’s support will continue to be available in any scenario.
He also stressed that the PSUV is ready to sign agreements with the Communist Party of China and strengthen ties, as well as allow the exchange of experiences and training of cadres within the political organization.
