The information was released by the Ministry for communes and Social Movements through his account on the social network Twitter, in which he explained that through a tour of the productive spaces of the Socialist Commune, the Vietnamese delegation verified the progress and experiences of the popular organization.
“With a tour of the productive spaces, the Socialist Commune El Panal 2021 receives the Mass Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, in the company of the minister @jaarreaza”, published the Ministry for the Communes.
shared experiences
In the activity on January 23 in Caracas, the community members showed the productive experience to Nguyen Lam, head of the delegation of the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam, who expressed his gratitude for the cordial reception of the community, as well as his satisfaction for the opportunity to share experiences.
“Nguyen Lam, head of the delegation of the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Communist Party of Viet Nam: “I would like to express our deepest gratitude to the leaders of the El Panal 2021 Commune and to the people who are present for receiving us,” the Ministry said on the social network.
“We feel very happy to see the results obtained in this Commune,” he said.
Great organization despite sanctions
For the Head of the Vietnamese delegation, it is positive to observe the level of organization of the commune, despite the sanctions. “It has been very positive, it is very similar to the situation that Viet Nam experienced before,” he added.
Nguyen Lam was convinced that with the creativity and development of the Commune they will “have many more achievements in the future, contributing to the fruits of the Revolution.”
He recognized the support given to Vietnam by the people and the progressive forces of Venezuela.
49 thousand Community Councils
For his part, the Minister for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, explained that the objective was for the Vietnamese delegation to learn about the experience from a Commune and not from the Ministry’s office.
He emphasized that in Venezuela there are some 49,000 Communal Councils and 3,600 Communes.
“We wanted them to know the experience from a Commune and not from the office of @ComunasVE_ (…) In Venezuela there are approximately 49,000 Communal Councils and 3,600 Communes,” the Ministry said on Twitter.
He recalled that Commander Hugo Chávez created the motto ‘Only the people, save the people’. “There are organizational experiences, but from the Communal Council they are synthesized and given strength,” he said.
In this line of action, he stressed that since the end of 2021 the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, forcefully resumed the popular organization to hand over power to the people.
“In the last year, there has been a renewal of spokespersons in more than 22,000 Community Councils,” said Arreaza.
Only the people save the people
“We are creating the communal economic circuitsin which the organized people are the owners from the land to the final product and marketing, in the end it is this production dynamic that will give power to the people in the territory”, explained Arreaza.
In the line of action that only the people save the people, the Communal Councils are in charge of planning and diagnosing their problems and in turn proposing proposals and solutions to bring well-being to the community.
“Some problems are solved with communal self-government and other problems in co-management with the municipality, the governor’s office and the national government,” he added.
