The 299 communal circuits of Caracas must be oriented towards having a think tank that brings together communication organizations; request raised by the Vice Minister of Communication Management, Simón Arrechider, who gave a presentation during the activation of the Sixth Line of Training and Communication, which took place at the Principal Theater of the Venezuelan capital.
“We propose that in the 299 communal circuits of Caracas we have a think tank that brings together all communication organizations, but that also generates an element that is fundamental in the midst of these threats, and that is to break the paradigm that communication is only for specialized groups,” Arrechider pointed out.
This action responds to the need to advance the communication war of the People’s Power, “that we achieve that all the people communicate,” added the vice minister.
Therefore, he raised the need to establish a think tank in each Self-Government Room, so that starting next January or February 2026, the head of Government of Caracas, Nahúm Fernández, leads “another meeting like this […] and to say: ‘Here are the 299 thought tanks that we created for the organization, the debate, and to fight the communication battle and tell the truth about Venezuela.'”
Likewise, Arrechider recalled that the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, postulated the new manual of communal thought tanks, in which alternative communal media are integrated, as a series of spaces “where we sit down to articulate, to plan”, and which are located in the physical and local territory.
