The Committee for the Freedom of Political Prisoners (CLIPPV) denounced the disappearance of the Diliangella Guedez political prey, who is in custody of the DGCIM since his arrest the early morning of July 25 in Cabudare, Lara state.

In a publication in his X account, the Oenegé said that Guedez managed to communicate five days later with his ex -partner and informed him that he was held at the DGCIM headquarters in the Parral. However, when relatives and other detention centers already went there in Caracas to verify their whereabouts, the officials denied their presence.

The clippve said that Guedez, who is the mother of two children – a 19 -year -old with a special condition and another of 25 years – is in a situation of forced disappearance. His family has no official information about his physical condition or on the conditions in which he is.

Diliangela suffers from arterial hypertension and underwent catheterization four years ago. It requires continuous medical treatment for the heart and tension.

According to his relatives, Diliangela is an activist “committed to citizen and political participation in his community.”

They reported that on several occasions he witnessed table and electoral coordinator. On presidential elections, Guedez worked as a mobilizer, after his credentials as a witness from the opposition for said elections.
