Santo Domingo, Nov 3 (Prensa Latina) The Dominican president, Luis Abinader, created today a commission that will be in charge of directing the investigation to support the recognition of the Cuevas de Borbón or Pomier Anthropological Reserve, as the prehistoric capital of the country.
