“I can say, with absolute conviction, as PNP Commander General, that we policemen are children of God and we serve a single lord and we fulfill what is commanded by him. We are called to bring peace to society, to treat helpless people with love, people who suffer offenses, who are attacked, who are at risk every day. That’s where the cop is. The police are where hardly anyone wants to be,” he noted.
