On Thursday, June 23 and Friday, June 24, the XIV Seminar of the Paraguayan Electricity Sector – SESEP, will be held, organized by the Paraguayan National Committee of CIGRE. The event is held with the support of the Union of Engineers of ANDE.

The Sheraton Hotel in Asunción will host the new Seminar of the Paraguayan Electricity Sector – SESEP, considered the most important event of its kind in the Paraguayan electricity sector that brings together national and foreign specialists in the field of production, transmission and distribution of electrical energy .

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in technical conferences in which works prepared by sector specialists on various issues concerning the various disciplines that interest the electricity sector will be discussed, promoting the exchange of experiences and knowledge between professionals at the national and regional level.

The event will take place in three technical spaces defined in the General Programming, in addition to a Hall of the XIV SESEP EXPO: “Technical Sessions”, with the presentation of around 56 works of various specialties

and sectoral disciplines; “Technical Sessions of Academic Research”, with around 20 Academic Researches concerning topics of sectorial interest; and “Plenary Sessions”, where national and foreign companies present issues of high interest in the sector today.

The seminar is organized every year by the Paraguayan National Committee of CIGRE – CIGRE PARAGUAY, in strategic alliance with the Union of Engineers of ANDE.

The SESEP is aimed at professionals in the electricity sector, public and private, and academic researchers, including postgraduate professionals, doctorates, and undergraduate university students.

*Non-members: Gs. 450,000

*CIGRE and UIA partners: Gs. 350,000

*Professionals in Postgraduate: Gs. 350,000

*University Students: Gs. 150,000
