By Freddy Planchón. The Departmental Executive Committee of Soriano’s Colorado Party met this Monday night, the 4th, at its headquarters in Mercedes. He decided to call the members of the next Departmental Convention for November 30, in order to begin the process to establish the new party authorities. In addition, the Committee decided to establish itself as a commission to work together with other parties of the Republican Coalition in promoting the presidential candidacy of Álvaro Delgado for the next runoff.
