The colonel Reidy Zambrano Mendez was appointed as president of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh)reported the Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso.
During the act of delivery and reception of the Inameh presidency, Ceballos awarded the decoration “Order Libertadores y Libertadoras” to Colonel José Ramón Pereira, for his services rendered in the institution.
In addition, he thanked the work that Inameh has developed in favor of the National Risk Management System (Sinager). “Their work is important for the protection and peace of the people, for which we must work for the country,” he said.
Finally, remigio ceballos He affirmed that Inameh transmits to the people all the necessary information regarding hydrometeorology. “We are going to continue maintaining the seat of Inameh in Latin America, the Caribbean and the world; that’s what we have in mindadvance to excellence with the highest responsibility and discipline”, he stressed.
