Colonel Franco Raúl Moreno Panta will become the new head of the High Complexity Crime Investigation Division (DIVIAC) of the National Police, according to the last renewal of cadres for the year 2022 in the institution to which Peru21 agreed.
The ministerial resolution, signed by the head of the Ministry of the Interior, Alonso Chávarry, has not yet been made official in the official newspaper El Peruano. It will be published in the next few hours.
