Colombia continues to have an outstanding performance in the BMX World Championship which is disputed in Nantes, Franceand after three days he registers three gold medals, four silver and four bronze in the general medal table.
On the third day of competition, eleven finals were played in the category WorldChallenge.
Samuel Marulanda Gil He was the most outstanding bike rider of the Colombian delegation when he was crowned world champion in the 14-year-old male category. Marulanda beat Australian in the final round Declan McGhee and Frenchman Terry Venturini, second and third, respectively.

On the other hand, Thomas Martínez Restrepo took silver in the 16-year-old boys. The category was won by the American Cedric Cade. The bronze went to Frenchman Arthur Bretin.
Finally, Colombia won another silver and a new bronze in the ladies 16 years thanks to the performances of Mariana Agudelo Medina and Sara Isabel García Marín.
With these results, the country reached three gold, four silver and four bronze medals in the general medal table.
