Through the decree 504 of 2022, The National Government decided to deduct taxes for 12 months on the importation of more than 30 inputs for national agricultural production.

Specifically, the measure covers 39 supplies and, according to President Iván Duque, the goal is “continue to face the global inflationary phenomenon“.
Likewise, it was established to expand 6 months the reduction of other 36 agricultural inputs.
In order to continue facing the global inflationary phenomenon, we signed the decree to reduce taxes for 12 months, the importation of 39 supplies used for national agricultural production and extend for 6 months the relief of 36 agricultural supplies. #ItsWithFacts

The decree enters into force one day after its publication in the Official Gazette and partially modifies the article 1 of decree 1881 of 2021 or the regulations that clarify, modify or repeal it.
