Colombia exceeded 137,000 deaths from covid-19

Health authorities reported 5,532 daily new cases of covid-19 in the country, after analyzing 36,095 samples (17,135 PCR and 18,960 antigens).

In total, the country has a historical accumulation of 6,020,095 infections and 32,728,652 tests analyzed in the last two years.

So far, of the total cases, 5,832,811 have recovered and 29,340 are still active.

The areas of the country with the most historical cases are Bogotá (1,738,131), Antioquia (913,380), Valle del Cauca (535,979), Atlántico (399,533) and Cundinamarca (312,801).

Worldwide, 411,366,721 infections have been confirmed in the last 24 months.

As to deaths, they reported 162 new on Colombian soil, for a total of 137,115 deaths from the pandemic.

In the world, deaths from covid-19 are already 5,814,226.

As of February 11, 74,561,909 doses of vaccines against covid and the number of people with a complete scheme is 32,679,549. The reinforcements applied are 6,993,963.
