The Confederation of Organizations of State Officials (COFE) rejected the approval of Article of Accountability which refers to the Medical licenses and announced that will file an appeal for unconstitutionality.
“With the implementation of the new medical licensing regime, the government pursues as its main objective the cut at the expense of workers’ health. We will carry out the necessary actions to go through the path of the unconstitutionality of the law”, they pointed out from COFE.
The item in question was amended by parliament after the original wording made by the Executive power.
