The judge of the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of Santiago postponed this Thursday the hearing of the request for a measure of coercion against the corporal of the National Police, Alejandro Castro Cruzaccused of killing the child last Sunday Donaly Joel Martinez during the carnival celebration of that city.

Among others, this evidence includes the preliminary autopsy report, issued by the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif), which determined that “The cause of death of the victim was due to a wound from a firearm projectile, violent death, of homicidal legal medical etiology, hypovolemic shock mechanism.”
