The provinces on alert are La Romana, El Seibo, La Altagracia, Hato Mayor, San Pedro de Macorís, Santo Domingo, San Cristóbal, plus the National District, according to the COE report.

Meanwhile, this Sunday’s report Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) warns that the cold front could cause downpours in the provinces on alert, as well as in other Dominican regions.
Methorology urged residents in said localities to take precautionary measures, because urban flooding and flooding of rivers and streams could occur.
