The Address of Emergency Operations Center (COE)reports that according to today’s weather bulletin, from the National Meteorology Office (ONAMET)which establishes that the waves have returned to normal on the Atlantic coast.
By virtue of the foregoing, the COEdiscontinues the restriction for the operators of fragile, small and medium-sized vessels, on the Atlantic coast, so that they can carry out their operations.
While the onamet reported that for this Tuesday, cloudy concentrations will be observed during the morning hours. They will cause downpours that can be moderate to strong at times.
Similarly, thunderstorms and gusts of wind; especially on the localities of the regions: north, northeast, the Caribbean coast, southwest, Central mountain range and some points in the border area.
These atmospheric changes are caused by the incidence of a trough located to the south/southwest and the effects of the east/northeast wind.

For tomorrow, Wednesday, a slight reduction in the rains is expected in terms of intensity and frequency, however, the trough and the east/northeast wind will continue to generate clouds in the afternoon, causing scattered downpours with possible thunderstorms towards the provinces of the regions : northeast, the southern coastline and the central mountain range.
