The Emergency Operations Center (COE)together with the 22 institutions that comprise it, will begin next Friday, December 23, the first phase of the operation “Consciousness for Life, Christmas and New Year 2022-2023”. This first stage begins at 2:00 pm and ends on December 25 at 6:00 pm.
The second phase or stage will begin on Friday the 30th, at 2:00 pm and ends on Saturday, January 1, 2023, at 6:00 pm.
For this, the organization will display 44,321 people, who represent the institutions that are part of the entity.

Similarly, the installation of 1,243 assistance posts has been arranged, located at points where the greatest number of incidents have been detected in previous operations.
In addition, 197 ambulances will be distributed, located at strategic points, 5 vehicular extraction trucks, 71 vehicular rescue units, 19 mobile workshops and 3 helicopters that were arranged by the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Carlos Luciano Díaz Morfa, ERD.
As reported by the COE, the operation seeks to prevent food and alcohol poisoning, and traffic accidents during the Christmas holidays.
The population will have the support of civil protection organizations during their displacement through the main roads and highways of the country.
Likewise, the agency will activate the Regional Command and Control Centers, and Provincial Emergency Committees, these will be responsible for preventive and response actions in their areas of influence.
