CODA, a low-budget film about the complicated life of a family with deaf parents and a hearing daughter received the Oscar for best film this Sunday, against heavyweights of the cinema.
The victory of this film, an adaptation of the French “La Famille Bélier”, makes Apple TV + the first streaming platform to win at the Oscars in the flagship category of best feature film.
