If you don’t want shredded, but you do want boneless, the value goes from 250 for a kilo of skinless auction, to 480 for a kilo of extra loin. This means that, depending on the presentation you choose, the buyer will spend an average of 377.50 for a kilo of Norwegian cod.
One of the tenants pointed out that the cod, which cost 510 pesos, had gone up in value, since in August it cost 400 pesos.
