The Sentencing Court No. 1 of Quillacollo, in Cochabamba, sentenced Six years in prison for Judge José Hernán Gutiérrez Moscoso for the crime of prevarication, after being accused of releasing – irregularly – Efraín Alegre Ayna, who is accused of murder.

He released a man accused of murder

The deceased’s wife fully identified Efraín Alegre Ayna as the perpetrator of the murder and he was arrested on November 18, 2022. He was sent to San Pablo prison and remained in detention until January 4, 2023, when he was released by the sentencing judge.
