The team of volunteer firefighters SAR – Bolivia, from Cochabamba, sold choripanes during Pedestrian Day yesterday, to raise funds and pay for the repair of a forest vehicle they have for their work.

“Once again we want to thank very extensively Hipermaxi supermarkets (Juan de la Rosa), who donated 200 barbecue sausages and 200 choripán breads, with which the sale of choripanes and drinks was carried out during Pedestrian Day” They indicated in a statement in gratitude for the collaboration they received with the products.

The sandwich offered by the rescuers had a cost of Bs 10; To accompany it there was also boiled cinnamon or horchata soft drink, the price of which was Bs 3 per glass, reported the morning Opinion.

The firefighters also had the support of the population at the time of purchase, since the money from the sales will be invested in the improvement of the work teams, in such a way that the attention in emergencies and fires is timely.
