During a coordinated operation between the Special Force to Fight Violence (Felcv) and the Cochabamba Prosecutor’s Office, it was possible to apprehend a 17-year-old adolescent who, allegedly, abused and He filmed three girls in the Cochabambino municipality from Quillacollo.
The departmental prosecutor of Cochabamba, Osvaldo Tejerina, indicated that an investigation was opened into the alleged pornography and sexual abuse crimes against the teenager. He added that the victims are between six and eight years old and already receive care from psychologists from the Office of the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents.

The prosecutor of the Directorate of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Gender-Based and Juvenile Crimes, Vladimir Canaviri, explained that this fact was known to the State Attorney General’s Office, so the highest executive authority of the Public Ministry, Roger Mariaca Montenegro, instructed the opening of the case and, consequently, the process was sent to the Departmental Prosecutor’s Office of Cochabamba.
“A digital mass storage platform identified the presence of child sexual abuse material, so all pertinent actions were quickly taken. The rescue of the victims has been carried out in the first instance.
