The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services published, in an extra edition of the Official Gazette of the Union this Friday (14), the call notices for the next stages of the second edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU 2). The documents bring together information on the application of the discursive test, the evaluation of titles and the verification procedures for quotas.

The notices, published by the National School of Public Administration (Enap), contain in Annex I the list of candidates called for each position, identified by registration numbers.

Discursive test on December 7th
The discursive test (check the notice) will be applied in the cities chosen by participants at the time of registration. The scheduled dates and times are:
Higher-level positions: December 7, 2025, from 1pm to 4pm
Intermediate-level positions: December 7, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm
The test locations will be informed on the Registration Confirmation Card, available at the Fundação Getulio Vargas website from December 1st.
Bond valuation
Securities Valuation (notice), of a classificatory nature, is intended only for positions that include this stage and for people who achieved the minimum grade in the objective test.
Documents must be sent in image or PDF format, via the specific link on the competition page, between 2pm on November 21st and 11:59pm on November 25th, Brasília time.
Some candidates complain about the change in dates. According to the government, a rectification will be published next week to adjust the dates in the general CPNU 2 schedule.
Quota Check
The date, time and individual link to the Disability Characterization Procedure (notice) will be available for consultation on December 5th. The evaluation will be carried out via telemedicine, with presentation of an original identification document.
For indigenous people (announcement)the Complementary Document Verification Procedure will take place from December 8th to 17th. Confirmation will take into account self-identification and recognition by the indigenous community, in accordance with current legislation. The analysis will be carried out by a commission made up mostly of indigenous people.
For self-declared black people (black or brown) (announcement)the Complementary Confirmation Procedure for Self-Declaration will be carried out in person between December 8th and 17th, in the cities chosen for the tests. The responsible committee will have five members, ensuring diversity of gender, color and, when possible, regional origin.
For quilombola people (announcement)also between December 8th and 17th, the Complementary Document Verification Procedure will take place for self-declared quilombola people. The evaluation will be carried out by a commission composed mainly of quilombolas, based on documentation that proves ethnic-racial belonging.
