The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) released, on Tuesday (11), the second call for training courses of the thematic blocks of 1 to 7 higher level of the Unified National Public Competition (CNU) .
The new summoned on this second list must answer online “yes” to participate in the training course, within the Candidate area on the unified contest website. The deadline for response started on Tuesday will end on Wednesday (12). Only those who respond to the call will have the guaranteed vacancy.
The summoned for training courses that do not comment on the participation or refuse that vacancy, will be eliminated from both the position called and those indicated and of the lowest preference at the time of registration. However, candidates are running for the positions pointed out as of the highest preference.
If the candidate has already confirmed between February 4 and 5 and is called to a position of his highest preference, no new confirmation will be required. Participation in the initial training course is decisive for continuity in the contest.
The lists of the second call will still be made available on the website of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, this Tuesday.
In the candidate area, the candidate can also consult his individual result for each of the positions in which he enrolled within the thematic block.
Training positions
Nine CNU positions have the training course.
1. Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management (EPPGG)
2. Foreign Trade Analyst (ACE);
3. Analyst in Information Technology (ATI);
4. Social Policy Technical Analyst (ATPs);
5. Infrastructure Analyst (AIE);
6. Occupational Auditor (AFT);
7. Specialist in Public Energy Services Regulation (Aneel);
8. Specialist in Regulation of Waterfall Services (Antaq);
9. Specialist in Supplementary Health Regulation (ANS).
The classes will be given by the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), the Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe) and regulatory agencies: National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), National Waterway Transport Agency ( Antaq) and National Agency for Supplementary Health (ANS).
Courses
The training courses of the so -called enem of contests are intended to prepare candidates to apply specific technical knowledge and develop skills from various areas and functions in the public sector. These are the so -called cross -sectional skills.
During the courses, participants will be oriented by values such as ethics, equity, sustainability and focus on the results for the citizen.
Classes will be held in Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro, except for the course for Labor Auditor (AFT), which will have the hybrid format.
The workload of the courses ranges from 140 to 580 hours, according to the position of higher level.
For approval in the training course, candidates must attend the course in full and be approved in the training course tests, with final average of at least 70% of the course points and minimum attendance of 75% of classroom classes.
Future enrollment
After confirming the participation in training courses, the next action will be enrolled in the training course, between March 10 and 18, according to the schedule of each course.
During this period, the following documents should be presented: Digital Copy of Identity Document or National Driver’s License (CNH) with CPF and readable photo; Proof of license request for the course (in the case of federal public servants); Own current account for receiving financial aid.
To facilitate the organization of the convened candidate, the Ministry of Management gathered on the CPNU website the links of each of the nine training courseswith information on enrollment procedures; hours and duration of courses, classes and others.
Costs
Logistics and expenses with transportation, food, health and stay during the training course are the responsibility of each convened candidate.
During the formation period, the summoned will be entitled to 50% of the initial remuneration provided for for the position, with the appropriate legal discounts. Only during the training period, candidates who are already federal public servants can choose to maintain the current salaries of the respective position, provided that they present the necessary supporting documentation.
Timeline
According to the CNU schedule, the disclosure of the third call list for training courses will take place on February 18, as places arising from non -confirmation of participation in the second call until February 12.
If there are new dropouts or more candidates do not express interest in participating in training courses, there will also be a third and last call on February 18.
On February 28, the Ministry of Management will publish the definitive list of classification for all positions, the definitive list of the summoned for enrollment in the training courses and the final waiting lists of the unified contest.
The list of candidates in registration, by position, is about 6x the number of immediate vacancies. With this, the Bank of Successful CNU candidates will be almost 16,000 people, about 3 thousand more than initially planned by the organization of the event.
