The objective tests of the second edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CNU 2025) will be applied in the afternoon shift, this Sunday (5), simultaneously, in all Brazilian states, plus the Federal District.
The 761,545 confirmed subscribers are residents of 4,951 cities. They will do the tests in 1,284 locationsas schools and colleges, in 228 municipalities chosen by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI). The cities are within 100 kilometers (km) of candidates’ residence to reduce costs and promote accessibility.
Confirmation card

The objective tests will be of the nine top and middle -level thematic blocks, which group positions from related areas.

Only candidates qualified in this first stage will be summoned to take the discursive test on December 7.
Schedule
The Ministry of Management guides the candidate to arrive at the venue at least two hours in advance for the start of each shift, with official photo document and black pen made of transparent material.

Duration
For all higher level positions, objective tests will last five hours. This October 5, 2025, will be applied from 13h to 18h, in Brasília time.
And candidates from all intermediate level positions will take the objective tests from 13h to 16h30, ie 3 hours and 30 minutes.
But for the candidate who had approved the additional time request will be another 60 minutes.
The candidate can only take the test book, if his departure occurs during the last hour of the scheduled time for the end of the tests.
The last three candidates to finish the tests should remain together in the application room, being released only after the three have delivered the test materials and have their names recorded in the minutes of the room.
SAFETY AND LOGISTICS
This Sunday, about 85,000 employees will be involved in the logistics and security of the application of the so -called contests.
The event also features the security reinforced in an application network integrated by various public agencies.
Of the total collaborators, 11 thousand are agents of the network security area formed by the Federal Police, the Federal Highway Police (PRF), Brazilian Intelligence Agency (ABIN).

Competitors’ profile
Among 761 thousand participants From CNU 2025, women represent 60% of the subscribers. An increase of 3.8% compared to the previous edition, when they corresponded to 56.2% of the total candidates.
For this edition, the federal government announced the implementation of specific measures to encourage female participation in the event. In practice, at least 50% of the vacancies of the second stage, of discursive tests, are filled by women, provided that there are candidates approved at this stage, with the minimum grades necessary in the objective tests.

The Southeast (247,838) and Northeast (229,436) regions concentrate the largest number of registrations, followed by the Midwest (150,870), North (84,651) and South (48,733).
Among the thematic blocks, the ninth, with intermediate level positions, recorded the largest number of registrations: there are 177,598 approved.
CNU 2025
FGV executes the second edition of CPNU, under the coordination of the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and MGI.
Of the total vacancies offered, there are 3,144 for the higher level and 508 for the intermediate level. There will be 2,480 immediate vacancies and 1,172 vacancies for the short term after the approval of the results.
