Candidates from the second edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU 2025) approved in the first stage of the contest and classified for the second stage will be able to check the locations of the discursive tests from 4pm (Brasília time) this Monday (1st).
The contest’s discursive test will be held on December 7th in 228 cities from all units of the Federationas occurred in the first stage, on October 5th.
Confirmation cards
The test locations will be informed on the Registration Confirmation Card of each of the 42,499 candidates qualified in the first phase and classified for the second stage.
The document can be accessed on the virtual page of the unified competition, at website from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), the examination board for the selection process. Simply enter your Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF) number and unique password for the federal government’s digital services platform, Gov.br.
The list of those called up was published by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) on November 12th and can be seen on FGV website.
In addition to the locations of the discursive tests, the registration card provides data such as the registration number, date, time and room number for the test. The document may also record whether the registered person is entitled to specialized care or treatment using their social name, if requested by the candidate at the time of registration.
Although it is not mandatory, the Ministry of Management and FGV recommend taking the printed card on the day of the test to make it easier to find.

Schedules
According to the noticeon the day of the test, the gates of all application locations will be closed promptly at 12:30 pm, therefore, 30 minutes before the start of the discursive tests, observing Brasília time.
For higher-level positions, the discursive test will last three hours and will be held from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Candidates for intermediate-level positions will take the tests at a reduced time of two hours: from 1pm to 3pm.
Discursive test
For positions in higher-level thematic blocks, the test will consist of two discursive questions, worth 45 points.
For intermediate level, the assessment will consist of a dissertation, with a total value of 30 points.
Texts must have up to 30 lines and will be evaluated based on two criteria:
- specific knowledge (50% of the total grade for higher education);
- proficiency in the Portuguese language (50% of the grade for higher-level positions and 100% for intermediate levels).
The test must be written by hand, with a blue or black ballpoint pen, and only the text transcribed on the final sheet will be considered for correction.
CNU 2025
The so-called Enem dos Concursos offers 3,652 places distributed across 32 federal government bodies. Of the total, 3,144 are for higher-level positions and the remainder (508) are at intermediate level.
This public competition also aims to form a pool of approved candidates on the waiting list for higher and intermediate level positions.
The MGI informs that 2,480 vacancies are to be filled immediately and the other 1,172 vacancies are to be filled in the short term, after the results are approved.
The positions will be grouped into nine thematic blocks. The MGI repeated the model adopted in the first edition of the CNU, that of registering candidates for different positions within the same block, with a preference list defined by the candidate himself.
CNU 2025 registered 761,528 confirmed registrations, registered from all Brazilian states, from 4,951 municipalities.
