The National Council of Justice (CNJ) decided to suspend the payment of Christmas food assistance of R$ 10,055.00 approved for judges and employees of the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJMT).
The decision was handed down yesterday (20) by the national inspector of Justice, Mauro Campbell Marques, and suspends the deliberation of the TJMT Judiciary Council that was approved on December 17th to guarantee the transfer of the benefit in the month of December. The rule also readjusted the monthly aid for the following months to R$2,055.00.
In the decision, the magistrate understood that the increase in food assistance represented a “disconfiguration” of the benefit and found it necessary to suspend payment to analyze the case in depth.
THE Brazil Agency contacted the TJMT and is awaiting a response. The space is open for manifestation.
