The National Electoral Council (CNE) does not contemplate publishing the results of the parliamentary and regional elections, convened for April 27, on its website. This can be seen in the schedule, released this January 30 by WhatsApp groups and not in the electoral gazette as established by the Organic Law of Electoral Processes (Lope).
According to him CNE Loving Elvis Amoroso, the entity’s website, was hacked, from Macedonia del Norte. The complaint was made after 12:00 in midnight on July 29, 2024, prior to announcing the results of the presidential ones. Since then the page remains falling and the electoral power with a debt to Venezuelans: the publication of disaggregated results.
Although the main rector Conrado Pérez said in an interview on January 15 that the web portal would be restored, the schedule contradicts its assertions.
CNE already breaches the schedule
The schedule has no 24 hours of having published and already shows breaches by the board, also made up of rectors Rosalba Gil Pacheco, Acme Nogal Méndez and Carlos Quintero Cuevas. Although the document set on January 27 as the date on which the publication of the call for the elections to the National Assembly and the Regional; as well as the stages of the event, in the Electora Gazette, so far that trade has not seen anyone.

The fault, which transgresses article 42 of the Organic Law of Electoral Processes (LOPRE), leaves the discretion of the rectors the modification of some of the events already set by the body.
Last year, for the presidential elections, the CNE took 34 days (after the dissemination of the schedule) to publish the electoral schedule in Gazette. At that time the calendar was published on March 7 and left in the Electoral Gazette on April 11.
For these elections, the governing body does not plan to register or update data in the Electoral Registry, a process that at least for the presidential elections registered multiple complaints of irregularities, including slowing in fixed registration centers, unhappy changes of the itinerant and electrical failures especially in the interior of the country. Outside the complaint varied between “Operation Morrocoy” or request for documents not contemplated in the Constitution to consume the procedure.
Between March 5 and 8, the CNE contemplates that the presentation, modification and replacement of applications that are reflected in the electoral ballot be made. The rejected or admission of them will be made between March 5 and the 11th of that same month.
The modification and replacement of the listing application will be made between March 20 and 28. While these same changes but of nominal applications, without being reflected on the ballot, can be made between March 20 and April 16.

In 2024 after the presidential ones one of the audits set in the schedule, but that it was not made that the telecommunications, which was scheduled for July 29. This process has to verify the transmission methods, so with it it has been possible to determine how the hacking occurred} denunciated by the comical authorities.
The CNE Tampocó made the audit to the citizen verification process and that of Electoral Data Phase II, a process allows verifying the fingerprint bank of the system.
