The National Electoral Council reported this Tuesday that they have already defined the date and schedule for the first of the three constitutional elections scheduled for this year.
Through a statement, the entity indicated that it has been in permanent session since January 17 to plan the nine electoral events established, so far, for 2025.
The constitutional elections that will be held are: for governors and regional legislative councils; for mayors and municipal councils; as well as deputies of the National Assembly; To these are added the six project consultations of the Communal Power.
“In that sense we want to inform our entire population that we have already defined the date and schedule of the first of these constitutional elections,” the entity notified.
Likewise, the text highlights that in the next few hours the CNE will announce the date, call the election and immediately activate the events of the electoral schedule.
