Santo Domingo. – The Dominican Medical College (CMD), through its National Council of Specialized Medical Societies, rejected the irregularities and favoritism In the recent one National Medical Residences Contest, qualifying these practices as an “abuse” and a “flagrant violation” to the principles of objectivity and meritocracy.
