Cliff Morgan, who was the coach and assistant of the New York Knicks of the NBA, the most important and competitive basketball league in the world, confirmed his arrival in Santa Cruz to help Bolivian players hone their individual technique and teach cutting-edge moves.
Morgan was a first-team assistant for the Knicks and Player Development Coach; he also worked personally with former basketball players and now NBA hall of fame coaches Don Chaney, Lenny Wikins, Scott Leyden and Isaiah Thomas.
As an athlete he always played in professional leagues, such as France, Belgium, Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina and the Dominican Republic. He is currently dedicated to giving campuses (practical training) all over the world, getting to work with stars such as Shaquille O’Neall, Stephen Curry, Kemba Walker and Kevin Knox, among others.
Its arrival to Santa Cruz was confirmed for Saturday, May 13. and the campus will be held from Monday the 15th to Friday the 19th of the same month, at the Gilberto Pareja Coliseum, on Ingavi Street.
